Refund & Returns Policy

At Gobelinas, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about your order, you have the right to cancel your purchase and return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.

You do not need to provide a reason for cancelling your purchase.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email us at info@maisongobelinas.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will then provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Return Conditions

Please take reasonable care of the item while it is in your possession.

Items should be returned in the condition in which you received them. You may handle and inspect the item to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Please return the item with its original packaging and tags where possible. If the item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, we may be entitled to deduct an amount from your refund to reflect any resulting loss in value, in accordance with applicable law.

You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.

Return Costs

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning an item unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or we sent you an incorrect item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund without undue delay and, where applicable, no later than 14 days after we receive your notification of withdrawal.

We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the returned item or you have provided evidence that you have sent it back, whichever occurs first.

Your refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

If you paid for standard delivery, we will refund the standard delivery cost. Any additional cost resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery option will not be refunded.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund after we have initiated it.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@maisongobelinas.com, including your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to return your current item in accordance with this policy and place a new order through our website.

Warranty & Statutory Rights

Under applicable consumer law, you are entitled to expect that your Gobelinas bag is of satisfactory quality, matches its description, and is suitable for its intended and reasonably expected use. If your product has a defect or does not conform to what you could reasonably expect, please contact us at info@maisongobelinas.com with your order details and, where possible, photographs of the issue. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in accordance with applicable law.

These statutory rights apply independently of any return or withdrawal period and cannot be limited by this policy.

This voluntary warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit or replace, your statutory consumer rights.

Under applicable consumer law, you are entitled to expect that the product you purchase is of satisfactory quality, matches its description, and is suitable for its intended and reasonably expected use. If a product does not conform to these requirements, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances.

These statutory rights remain in effect for the period provided by applicable law.
